All Kennel Komforts products are 100% guaranteed on labor and materials for 30 days, after that time you may request to be issued a credit voucher to be used on some future items.

If you are not satisfied with our products, simply ship it back for a refund or exchange within the 30 days. (Less shipping & handling cost).

If you feel you have the wrong size simply return the item and we will promptly mail you out the size you request.

Return shipping is paid on all guarantee claims.

VOIDING THE RETURN POLICY
The item that is being returned must be clean, unsoiled, unused, unwashed and tags on the garment still intact.
If any of these requests are not followed the guarantee is void.
A pad is sent with your first order to be used for the first fitting. This will insure the garment will stay clean for a possible return if needed.
